Inclusive Therapy for Neurodivergent, Queer, and Marginalized Folx

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t quite fit in — in your body, your identity, or the world around you — you’re not alone. You’re in the right place.
I specialize in therapy for people who live at the margins: neurodivergent adults and kids (especially with ADHD), queer, trans, and gender-expansive folx, those exploring kink or nontraditional relationships, people living with chronic illness or pain, and anyone navigating body shame, disordered eating, or internalized oppression.
As a queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent, fat therapist, I understand how painful it can be to feel judged or misunderstood by the very systems meant to support you. I bring lived experience, clinical skill, and deep respect for your brilliance and complexity into every session.
In our work together, you’ll find:
A fat-positive, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive space
A focus on radical, compassionate healing that honors all parts of you

A therapist who truly gets what it’s like to feel “othered”

Space to explore your story with curiosity, not shame
Support that meets you where you are — no fixing, no pathologizing
A space where humor and humanity are welcome
